Refund and Cancellation Policy

In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placement date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.

– Download and unzipping issues: If you experience problems downloading or unzipping the product, claims must be submitted to our Technical Support department. If you do not contact us during this period, we may consider the download successful, and no further redress or refund for a “download issue” reason will be available. Failure to seek assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 days may result in a refund being declined.

– Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Bugs Support Team for approval. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is verified and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint or notification, the refund will be issued in full, or at the customer’s choice, a replacement product of equal value can be offered. Please note that temporary access to your server may be requested by our technicians to identify and fix issues. Failure to provide access in a timely manner may delay resolution. Refusal to grant access may result in the inability to qualify for a refund.

– Product not as described: Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support department within 7 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as described on the website. Complaints based on false expectations or wishes are not honored.
